POSITION: Water treatment plant Manager
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent position | Full time
LOCATION: Mangalore
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience.
- The position required a combination of technical process design along with commercial expertise in technical sales & customer relationship with proven track record to lead process design during both technical proposal preparation and project execution.
EDUCATION: Masters or bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineer/ Environment Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge in cooling tower / boiler/ chiller/ portable water/ swimming pool chemical treatment.
- Knowledge on dosing systems & controllers is necessary.
- Knowledge on water testing kits.
- Familiar with different type of water treatment chemicals and the chemistry behind the treatment.
- Should able to provide effective solution for corrosion /scaling/microbiological problems in the relevant systems.
- Should provide effective solution on disinfection using different technology.
- Project Management/ co-ordination of the team of experts/ Managerial and administrative process.
- Capable of generating and handling sales enquires.
- Financial management & reporting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

POSITION: Blender
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent position | Full time
LOCATION: Mangalore
REQUIREMENT:
- Work experience of 8-10 years in Blending Operations in water & waste water treatment chemical industry.
- Should possess high level interpersonal skills, strong management, planning, technical and self-management skills.
- Should be thorough in quality management.
- should be able to interpret with lab analyses and also suggest blending requirement of appropriate chemicals.
- He must have good liaison with laboratory.
EDUCATION: UG (Chemistry), PG (Chemistry) preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Blending the water treatment chemicals in line with lab results and customers request time to time.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Ensure that equipments used for blending operations are maintained in good condition.

POSITION: Waste Water treatment plant Manager
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent position | Full time
LOCATION: Mangalore
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in performing process design of water & waste water plants.
- The position required a combination of technical process design along with commercial expertise in technical sales & customer relationship with proven track record to lead process design during both technical proposal preparation and project execution.
EDUCATION: Masters or bachelors Engineering Degree (B.E/B.Tech /M.E / M.Tech) in Chemical Engineer/ Environment Engineer, MBA preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Basic knowledge of water and waste water chemistry and fluid characteristics.
- Design knowledge in sewage treatment plants / Industrial effluent treatment plant/ UF/ RO / MBR /recycling plants/filters/softeners/ZLD etc.
- Familiar with design of water &waste water treatment plants, testing, analysis and trouble shooting.
- Exposure to commissioning, piloting will be an added advantage.
- Project Management/ co-ordination of the team of experts/ Managerial and administrative process.
- Capable of generating and handling sales enquiries.
- Financial management & reporting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
